The high season runs between May and September. Bookings made for this period are often made 12 months in advance. Anything outside the high season will have more availability.
Yes, we will always conduct a site visit. We will do this as early as possible enabling us to provide an accurate price with no hidden surprises.
There will be no permanent damage. The grass that is covered by the marquee may fade in colour but should recover quickly.
We will usually erect the marquee between 24 and 48 hours prior to the event. We would dismantle it on the next working day following your event. These times may be extended during particularly busy periods.
Yes, our marquees are fully waterproof and designed to be used all year round. If the marquee is not going to be placed on a hard standing surface then you may need to opt for hard wood flooring as opposed to matting. This will ensure the floor stays dry and any surface water can drain away. Blank Canvas will provide a gas space heater to heat the marquee. These are thermostatically controlled so a comfortable temperature can be maintained at all times during your event.
All electrical items will run on a standard 240V supply. Circuit breakers and junction boxes will be provided. If no electrical supply is available or is insufficient to meet all the supply demands (catering, lighting, entertainment etc) then you will need a generator. This will be determined at the initial site visit.
